Return Policy

Original receipt is required. No refunds will be issued without receipt!

PLEASE NOTE: Returns for purchases paid by check will be refunded with cash with proof, from the bank, that the check has cleared. Please bring a copy of the cleared check to the store in order to obtain your refund.

Textbooks must be in original condition purchased and unread by the purchaser. New books, if marked in or showing any signs of use/wear, cannot be returned.

All summer course textbooks can be returned for a full refund up to 5 days after classes begin, with an original receipt. After that date, textbooks are not returnable. These dates are firm and exceptions cannot be made except in documented cases of medical emergency. All textbook purchases made after the return deadline are considered final.

General merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Original receipt is required, and merchandise must be in original condition purchased.

Clearance Merchandise- All items are final sale.
